Before You Submit a Request
Custom artwork commissions require a $400 commission fee paid in advance.
This fee covers the dedicated time and creative work reserved specifically for your commission. It also helps protect the artist’s reserved time, attention, and creative energy against cancellations, spam, abandoned requests, or other situations in which significant time may otherwise be set aside without a genuine commitment to proceed.
The commission fee does not include the price of the physical product itself. The final product will be priced according to the standard price of that product in our store. Once the artwork has been completed, you will receive a private purchase link created specifically for you, where the product itself must be purchased separately.
Once the creative process has been completed, the commissioned artwork cannot be rejected, returned, or refunded on the basis that you do not like the final result.
Artistic creation is an inherently subjective and abstract process. You are asking an artist to dedicate their time, creativity, and artistic judgment to your idea. The finished work may therefore not correspond exactly to the image you had imagined. Please make sure you are comfortable with this possibility before submitting a request.
The completed artwork is created according to the artist’s own artistic perspective. Requests to edit, alter, revise, or redesign the completed artwork are not included in the commission. We believe that intervening in a finished work after an artist has brought it to its final form would compromise the integrity of the artistic process, and we appreciate your understanding.
How Does the Process Work?
- Begin by describing the artwork you have in mind in as much detail as possible through the commission request form below.
- Your request will be reviewed within 3 days, and you will receive an email letting you know whether your commission has been accepted. The clearer and more detailed your description is, the better we can understand your vision and the greater the likelihood that we will be able to accept the request.
- If your request is accepted, we will have a brief conversation with you about the artwork. Any missing information or important details will be clarified at this stage. You will then receive a private payment link for the $400 commission fee. Payment of this fee confirms your commission and begins the creative process.
- The artwork will be completed within 20 days. Once it is finished, you will receive a private link where you can purchase the final product.
